Couples Counselling
I specialize in helping couples navigate the complexities of their relationships, with a particular focus on the emotional and mental challenges that can arise during major life transitions, such as pregnancy, parenting, and beyond. Whether you’re facing communication struggles, experiencing conflict, or adjusting to new roles within your relationship, my approach is designed to foster deeper connection and understanding.

Drawing on my expertise in perinatal mental health, I support couples through a range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, identity shifts, and relational tension. My counseling integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness techniques, which allow us to explore underlying issues, strengthen communication, and develop healthy, sustainable strategies for managing conflict and enhancing intimacy.
